Chandrakala Hospital

Chandrakala Hospital and Research Centre is a not-for-profit hospital set up by Archana Indo-American Hospital Trust (R), Mysore.

Rotary Mysore has joined hands with Chandrakala Hospital to setup The Rotary Mysore Chandrakala Hospital Blood Bank during 2007 at the Hospital premises on Kalidasa Road, Jayalakshmipuram, Mysore. The objective is to make blood available to the needy at affordable rates and also make it available to the rural population.

This can happen only with generous support from well meaning individuals and organizations of Mysore.

We seek your support in the following forms:

1. Enlist as a Blood Donor to be called upon as and when required.
2. Publicize the Blood Bank amongst your friends and acquaintances. Pamphlets and posters are available with us.
3. Enlist as a supporting donor by accepting to pay Rs. 750/- per bottle of Blood to the needy as recommended by the attending doctor. One can agree for as many multiples as one wishes.
4. Sponsor holding of a Blood donation camp by paying Rs. 5,000/-.
5. Sponsor by way of creating endowments of Rs. 10,000/- which can support one bottle of blood every year to a needy poor patient as recommended by the attending doctor.

Donations are to be made in the name of: “The Mysore Rotary Club Charitable Trust – Blood Bank a/c” and passed on to the blood bank, along with the attached format filled up. Donations are entitled to Income Tax exemption under clause 80-G.

Come, be saviors of the needy and economically deprived. Help us to reach them.

No one shall suffer in and around Mysore for want of blood!
